6. Permission to Access, Copy, Alter, and Republish Content from Your Website

To deliver the AI VisiLayr service, you grant the Company permission to access, copy, modify, and republish content from your website as necessary. This permission is limited to the extent required to provide and improve the Services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Services and any content provided by the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You retain ownership of your Content but grant the Company a limited license to use it as described herein.

8. Fees and Payment

Use of the Services may be subject to fees as outlined on our website or in your subscription agreement. You agree to pay all applicable fees promptly. The Company reserves the right to change fees with prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. The Company’s total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
